Anyone telling you Slice and Dice isn’t worth.. especially when you are only using one weapon.. is a legit turd. It’s the most important ability in the Rogue’s whole toolkit and should keep prio over everything. The only downside at lower levels that might actually make it not worth.. and the fact that you are only using one weapon.. is that your hit chance isn’t what it will be at higher levels so the more frequent misses due to attacking faster could be an issue. Not trying to totally contradict myself in two statements, but.. just generally, even a 1 or 2 point Slice and Dice at the beginning is more than enough on small pulls. Most people don’t understand that finishing moves are overrated. The amount of extra white damage you gain (at least under normal circumstances) greatly outweigh any 4 or 5 point Evis you’d get in between. Backstabs while keeping up Slice and Dice.. literally all you need to do. So please don’t ever, ever discount Slice and Dice.
