Center can't intervene each and everywhere, to get involved in state law and order they'll either need to impose emergency in state or go to high court to seek permission, both of which not possible in cases like these which happen everyday, even in Begal it took CBI 7 days and multiple high court visits just to get custody of Shajahan Sheikh from state police despite it being such a big case. Stop trying to put everything on center, people also need to be responsible and choose better political parties for their state

But when he has proof on camera that Punjab Police came at home n stayed till night, a case has to be filled in J&K police. If Punjab police follow the protocol, then they would have 1st inform the Jammu local police station n go to his house with local police if there is any solid evidence. For the same reason, 18 punjab police officials are facing abduction case in Delhi n Haryana.

As a resident of Punjab and EX Student of LPU, I have never seen prostitution around the campus but i agree that Punjab Police is the most illeterate Police . They just have contacts and connections, they try to act like they own the city . Punjab police Never shows actions against people who are real criminals . But instead they target the wrong People. My own Experience is that someone stole my computer and i had all of his details, the address , the location etc, but police refused to arrest him because they demanded Lots of money to go to his house and arrest him. And AAP is poorly managing Punjab. Everytime political parties come and make fake promises to Punjab and people just vote them in greed. People of Punjab need to Wake Up . I hope Aap or Congress does not win next time. Edit- Of course I haven't seen prostitution around the campus because this obviously happens in night time and I avoided roaming around that area at night.

state police stays under state government, center don't have any control over them. Center can't intervene each and everywhere, to get involved in state law and order they'll either need to impose emergency in state or go to high court to seek permission, both of which not possible in cases like these which happen everyday, even in Begal it took CBI 7 days and multiple high court visits just to get custody of Shajahan Sheikh from state police despite it being such a big case. Stop trying to put everything on center, people also need to be responsible and choose better political parties for their state
