He must be used to vloggers coming over and making vlogs or him making the Shardai . That’s why his question. 😃😃 It’s indeed a tough job and one needs to appreciate such man made dishes / beverages without using any electric equipments . Tasting time and the Shardai and you enjoyed it 👍 with a disclaimer that it’s a family friendly Shardai 😀 Next pitstop is Momos junction as per recommendation of our digi family members in CG 👍 Loved the way the chef made the 3 different kind or Momos . Time to savour the delectable Momos . Good stuffing of all the 3 Momos variants ; Steamed Veg Momos , Fried & Crispy Momos with Peanut chutney and the final one Afghani Momos ( creamy and buttery ) . The winner is the Fried & Crispy Momos with condiments . You a true connoisseur of authentic Momos and so happy that Momos Junction delivered the Momos ( Purists as you rightly called ) as per your liking 👍👍 Yet another wonderful vlog from the Chandigarh series.
