Ingredients:
For Marination:
500gm chicken (bone-in or boneless, as per preference)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
For Gravy:
3 tablespoons oil or ghee
2 large onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
2 large tomatoes
2-3 green chillies, slit
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Ghee (for Tadka)
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped for garnish & kassori methi
1 cup water (adjust as needed)
1 tablespoon fresh cream (optional)
