Gojar people are living in India , was not aware of that , but they are in majority in Kashmir and Northern Pakistan. They are mainly shepherds , now some of them are settling down . Ethnicity wise they are Turk origin . That's why there are few cities in Indo pak got their names from word "Gojjar" like Gujrat , Gojerkhan. In India there was a dynasty in Gujrat with the name gujjer pattehar . May Allah guide you and your family to The light and truth of Islam. Ameen
