Even though Punjabis in general & Sikhs in particular are very hardworking, honest & committed people - so loss of young talent pool is obvious, yet Indian government can't be bothered much because of the sheer population size of the country.

Sikhs started immigrating to canada in 1896 and paved the way for other communities. Canada refused entry to komagatamaru, mostly involving sikhs. Today, punjabi is third most spoken language an sikhs are second richest community after Jews. It's called karma.
