The basic procedure of all five salats (Namaz) is the same; however the number of units of prayers (rakats) are different. For example, the early morning prayer (Fajr) has two units of highly recommended rakats (called sunnah's) and two mandatory units (called Fard). The afternoon prayer (Zuhar) has four sunnahs, four fard, and so goes on with Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers; they all have differrent set of units of rakats. The Fard are mandatory and must not be skipped for any of the five prayers.

@Neutral Observer islam means submission to Allah . Islam started with prophet Adam to every single prophet was Muslim but as time went on people started to go astray and that's when Allah sent prophets to remind us the oness of Allah and the prophet muhammad is the last prophet who was sent for whole of humanity abd as the last Warner to humanity via Allah . The prophet did not receive his prophecy until the age of around 40 but before that he did not worship any idols or practice any other religion apart from oness of Allah as most of his family at that time worshiped idols in Arabia and others practiced judisim and Christianity which was changed and the followers of these 2 religions went astray and against the true teachings of their prophets in moses peace be upon him and jesus son of Mary peace be upon them both hence the reason why Allah sent prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. Namaz is same. But the difference is rakat. Rakat means namaz proceeds so many time. We pray namaz 5 time a day. So first before done we pray 4 Rakat. The. Afternoon we pray 12 rakat then before dusk we pray 4 rakat and then after dusk 7 rakat and last night time 17 rakats. Same namaz in every rakat.

Namaz ka tarika same hai but sary namaz ki lenght different hai . For Example Fajar ( morning prayer) only 2 farz and 2 nigil 4 rakat . But Isha (evening prayer ) 17 Rakat.
