Sardar ji, this is not even 2% of Modern Lahore, do not compare Chandigarh with Lahore. Lahore is 10 times bigger and a gigantic city and roads & overall infrastructure in Lahore is premium. You cannot compare smaller cities like Chandigarh with one of world's mega city of 15 million like Lahore. Chandigarh is more like Islamabad which has been declared as the 2nd most beautiful capital city in the world.
