Excellent effort on part of Police Department in order to facilitate the peoples. It's really a very good initiative and should be appreciated. However, such service centres should be established in other Major cities of the province, so that a healthy relationship among the police and the general public could accordingly be made. We being nation always tried to criticise our police, but never tried to appreciate their good work. Well done IG Sb and hopefully the Incharge lady officer will take every measure to improve the quality of services. If I am not wrong the lady officer is the same who rescued a lady from a mob in Ichra Bazar. Many prayers and respect for the brave lady officer. GOD BLESS HER. I pray for continuous success throughout her professional career.

I visited the same day when this video was shot. I needed a "Lost Report" for my lost document of motorcycle registration. They did not serve me and trolled me like a football for an hour. No one on the counters was ready to facilitate me. They were saying that the system is not working, but infact, the system was working and the process was difficult, so they did not serve me. I am not saying the launched system is a failure, but they should serve who comes at their doorstep.
