Great video. Luke players did nice on this tuornament too. I feel like Luke is perfect for Daigo, but he insists on using Guile. It’s a trade off for all his confirmable normals being stubby besides low forward and also (besides his short buttons) being negative except his st.strong & b.strong which are -2 ob. Man is like super negative OB almost all the time. Like all shotos in V, they have to have some sort of incentive to play for being stubby, Luke just happens to have it better bc his super doesn’t scale as much and he has a strong v-trigger, allowing him to have decent MUs with most characters in the Top 10 besides Sim & Poison

Not close, particularly single hit ones, mid range it depends and long range it can zone him but wont do any damage cause he will jump or evade them. So if you have life lead they can be good to keep him away and they can punish him coming in but it's risky, therefore in general I'd say no but there are exceptions.
