Great cover. You somehow managed to keep the emotional core of the song while turning it into a belter. I found myself welling up with tears at the bridge and the climax, exactly the same effect as the original version. Like a lot of other commenters, I'm a little disappointed Jessica Darrow wasn't singing in this full version. Her slow jazz version was great and the short collab she did with you showed she's got the vocal agility for this style. I would have loved to hear her do the full song with you guys. But great job nonetheless.

I'm super sorry about all the people only bringing up Jessica not being in this. I honestly had a feeling she wouldn't be able to be for whatever reason so I myself never expected her. I have to say though that while I already knew you guys were gonna kill it, you still surpassed my expectations! This is probably one of my favorite versions of the song! It hits so good and it was kinda made for this style of music! A-FREAKING-MAZING MY GUYS! KEEP ON DOING WHAT YOU DO! I'll look forward to it!

Been listening to a few different bands' rock-style covers of this, and now I'm in full analytical mode. You've been warned, lol. There's some really creative choices made in the instrumental elements here, special note to the pauses at the beginning and the sections that go muted. Those are especially bold, and work really well- and it feels extremely specific and intentional, and screams at me that someone behind those instrumental choices really knows what they're doing when it comes to arranging for this feel. On the flip side, the vocals here were technically solid and pleasant, but didn't quite push the emotion as far as I'd like. I don't know if it's lacking the character work (I'm an actor, that's always a culprit I suspect) or if it was the choice of vocal range, but that was the one point I'd say was weak here.
