And he will then not allow them to rehydrate properly, let alone to rehydrate fully, and even less to over hydrate. So Tank's fighting a shell of a fighter by doing this. What would you say if Naoya Inoue was bringing fighters down to his own weight class to dehydrate them and fighting drained fighters because he won't allow them to rehydrate properly? Haney, on the other hand, is draining himself to make a weight class he shouldn't be able to make because he's discovered a way to not only to rehydrate fully, but to literally rehydrate 3 weight classes above "his weight class". In doing so, he's a middleweight fighting a lightweight. So both can be considered a form of cheating to some extent.

There's too much money involved, the commission will NOT (may NEVER) cancel a fight on the day of the fight. One or both of the fighters would have to be seriously injured or dead for a fight to be cancelled on the day of the fight. I would be EXTREMELY SURPRISED if a BOXING commission ever cancels a fight for anything other than death or serious injury to the fighters on the day of the fight.
