Punta Cana | Dominican Republic | My Thoughts on Maple Beach Project

I was so close to buying in Maple Beach before construction and when I finally visited the area I just couldn't do it. I said the same thing about the noise (the unit I would have bought was right on the corner) when I was standing in the exact spot you were. The beach was also disappointing compared to the other end of the beach that's so large. I bought in Mia Hermosa which is a thousand times nicer and couldn't be happier. My wife went to see Maple Beach when it was almost finished and ran back to the comfort of Mia Hermosa screaming. I do highly recommend the area.

If this is the Maple Beach that came out a couple of years ago. This is garbage. This was suppose to have shops, stores underneath, open courtyard with pool area as I recall. Wasn't suppose to look anywhere near this project. I didn't envision this. Wow. What a disappointment. Agree from what I'm seeing behind you.

I own a 2 br condo here and I do admit it can be noisy. With that being said, it's obvious you have a serious bias against this property for some "unknown" reason. The condos are very nice and spacious inside, the pool is beautiful with a swim up bar. The empty condos upfront are because they literally just finished that phase of the project, with another phase, maple suites to the side, and then also a commercial development up front in the works. So there is much more work to be done here. Personnally, I love Maple Beach with the VERY close beach access and great restaurants close by. But hey if you don't like it, then good for you 😉

Wao, you are so biased you probably had no money to buy there and bought somewhere else not as close to the beach as MP Im sure you can get some businesses without trying to hurt other people's businesses, I would consider to sell my prolerty with you but not after listening to your sarcastic words I suggest you to leave behind all this bad feelings about this property it is obvious you had a serios problem and again your depredatory practices to gain businesses are not acepted by normal business people. I own and apartment there and the complex is not finished yet as someone said it has a comercial property in front of what you are seeing, it is so sad what you are doing and feel pity of your behavior

Bridget, I agree 100% with your review. I would not invest in this property if I was looking to live peacefully in Punta Cana. First, color is uggly, second, that traffic will give me nightmares, and thirdly, prices are outrageous. I love where you live, it's beautiful and serene.

I own a property there her rev iew it’s clearly bias. That condo is the closest to the beach in the Cortesito area besides the beach fronts. Avenida Alemania is busy but if you are in El Cortecito you are walking to restaurants, bars and mini markets. Right in front is plaza náutica with a hardware store 3 restaurants one western Union a rent-car and 2 bodegas. Onnos bar is down the street as well as Capitan Cook restaurant. The prices in Punta Cana are according to the area if you think is expensive look for El cortecito an compare.

Why are there so many empty units at Maple Projects? The entrance is very plain. I guess there wasn't enough room for greenery being on the busy street. Did they have great amenities for the price? Some people really don't care, as long as they are close to the beach. You get what you pay for period. Keep the videos coming, and I LOVE your honesty.

If you count 2 pools eventually and 2 swimup bars as amenities. Or if there is a fitness room? Sulpose to have shopping up front and parking garage bit space seems limited. As far as real amenities like sports court, game room, coworkers space, tennis/paddle courts type of amenities none of those as far as I know are part of the project.

Hi Ebony, I bought a villa in Primaveral 2 with a 190 square meter lot , with (2) bedrooms, living room an kitchen for $52,000. I bought it during the design phase but it's already built. Is that a good deal? The deveoper is telling me they now have the same unit for $100,000

I drove by Maple beach on Tuesday, its a horrible design....They also messed up the side walk, im pretty sure they are in violation with the measurement...There's no space to even walk on. The whole project is an eyesore.

Here is my review on Maple beach. In cortecito, punta Cana Dominican Republic. This place is the biggest piece of garbage you'll ever live in. The sewers are backing up into the showers. There are termite investigations in the buildings. There's no security of any real sense. The pools hardly ever clean. Do not rent here whatever you do.
