Punto Antico Fan Filling Tutorial

This is a lesson on the fan filling in Punto Antico embroidery. It is a supplement to the written instructions on my website, in the "How to" section at www.gingerbreadgirl.ca. You will need a piece of Punto Antico embroidery that has been prepared for the filling and has been mounted into an embroidery hoop, #12 perle cotton in your chosen color, a #7 crewel needle or a #26 chenille needle, a #26 tapestry needle and a pair of embroidery scissors.

Hello Lourdes. Thank you! In this video I'm using 32 count Permin linen in a colour called Sea Spray. It's stiffer than some other linen fabrics, so that may be why it seemed like canvas.
