The Day A Cat Jumped UpOn My Back: It was a day like any other, ‘See ya’ said I to my imaginary lover As I opened the door to a new day just before I missed it - for 7pm was was the deadline just before I could forsake it - at 6:45 I heard the voice of Bruce Lee tell me a quick insightful story ‘get your fattyboombatty ass outta da door, or you’ll miss all that heavenly glory’. Conversely, a dog may but guff and trigger a nearby fox, and my Aunty Tilda is a one that, with the added peer pressure of Aunty May, dares ye to ‘have another chilli’ - but fair thee warned the next day, fresh air is a bitter sweet pity. For if such evil still exists how can the sun still rise, the crops still grow, babies still laugh and Eckhart Tolle just ‘know’?! And then some strange impulse, impossibly strong said ‘turn down here’ and like the bdsm masochist wet dream consent to the lethal wink of the bygone presenter of ‘the weakest link’, I too consented to the impulse a whispered a near I turned the corner down a ridiculously small close, where kiddies road bicycles and tullips were grown A cartoon of a close, jolly coloured with friendly smiles that couldn’t possibly exist And then in a fast flurry of black and white fluff, a cat! That’s what seemed to creep from this unbelievable happy clappy mist! ‘Aaah, stay away! Get back thee Satan!’ But upon closer inspection of his name tag it was actually spelt ‘Seitan’ and pronounced ‘sei shen’ I knew it was a village of frickin tofu lovers and kale eating hippies, but what on earth did they feed this occult kitty as he jumped upon my back - whilst trying to look pretty! ‘Aaah’ I cawed as I ran through the dizzying array of rainbow coloured houses and sunflowers slapped my sight plus the strange underworld beast purred merrily all the while! But before I knew it, I realized it had happened - father sky and mother moon had possessed this wee assassin! ‘Pick a card any card and keep picking cards’ purred little Seiten and from there on I knew that all manner of good magic is amassing.
