Not every person would go back 6 times to wear down the owner's reluctance but you did it and Six is reminded every time you call him how much you love him and how hard you worked to rescue him. He seems so happy. At the start of the video hearing a puppy crying out in pain is difficult to hear. I'm sure that he would not have survived if you hadn't saved him.

The mother didn’t experience love nor socialization, is malnourished, abused, left chained outside rain or shine. She likely didn’t understand that her puppies wanted near her for her milk, not for her own scraps. The look she gave when the puppy was taken away by the man broke me, as if she wished she too would be saved by the nice guy.
