Eversince I lost my first dog last year and she was only 9 months old, it was always so heartbreaking to see suffering and dying animals, whether it is mine or not. I wish they could live as long as their humans live, and just cross the rainbow bridge together.

I am really touched that this happened two years ago, when my beautiful Persian cat at the age of four, plucked feathers and went to heaven, my husband and I cried a lot for the little furry boy who was no longer with us, and we still light a candle in our house every day in his memory. Ive never commented before...I have not watched the video yet. But with the comments I see...I have to. My Brownie was 13. I watched her come out of her Mom 12.26.99. I found her 03.07.12. First time EVER she didnt come to me. About an hour later I walked out there and she wasnt there. In the new fallen snow I thought I would track her...but there were ONLY her paw prints to where she was laying and obviously thats where she was laying in the snow. THERE WERE NO OTHER PAW PRINTS. I knew she was gone and my buddy didnt understan when I said "she's gone". Next morning when I found her body at the bottom of the steps....I KNOW THERE ARE ANGELS...they brought her to me...I didnt have to look.
