মধ্যরাতে ফুড হান্টিংয়ে বেড়িয়ে গেছি। আজ আপনাদের পুরান ঢাকার মধ্যরাতের আয়োজন দেখাবো। লাইন ধরে কোন রকমে মানিক চান পোলাও এর ভাগ পেলেই শান্তি। তারপর আপনাদের দেখাবো পুরান ঢাকার যুগ যুগ ধরে চলে আসা ব্রেকফাস্ট ট্রাডিশন। বাকরখানি চা আর গ্রীন সুইটমিট এর খাবার দিয়ে ব্রেকফাস্ট করে আমরা পুরান ঢাকার এই নতুন এডভেঞ্চারটা শুরু করতে চাই। এখানে থাকবে অনেক ধরনের জানা অজানা এবং ঐতিহ্য টিকিয়ে রাখা খাবের স্বাদ।

পাহাড়ি দের থেকে বাঙালি রা অনেক ভালো পর্ক ভুনা আলু দিয়ে রান্না করে।। আপনাদের হাজি বিরিয়ানি জঘন্য খেতে ঢাকার ছেলে রাও খেয়ে তাই বলেছে আমি তো বাদ দিলাম নিজেকে। বাকরখানি অনেক ভালো খেতে। মিষ্টি নোনতা দুটোই বাড়িতে এনেছিলাম। আর লস্যি বিউটি র ভালো। যেগুলো নতুন গজিয়ে উঠেছে বেকার খেতে। যেমন হাজি বিরিয়ানির পাশে একটা আছে।
