Setting spray isn't for oil control lol, it's literally just to keep your makeup in place.

I think she’s just demonstrating the atomizer function. A common thing that people who review products do, which can be very helpful for people who can’t access all these things to test in person. Based on the spray alone, I would never buy the last one. If I did, I’d end up returning it and the whole bottle gets discarded (or perhaps some unlucky customer unknowingly buys a used product). I understand why it may seem wasteful but it does serve a purpose.
