Here's my problem with Too Faced. They have very child-like packaging and branding (lots of baby pink, the clover the dog collection, etc) while also flooding their products with sexual themes. It strikes me as very inappropriate. Nars uses sexual themes (orgasm, deep throat) but their branding is very "adult." Too Faced needs to figure out who they want to appeal to and stick to it. I've noticed this happening for a long time and its creepy.

Be that collection is with an woman in her late 30s to mid 40s I’m. Not sure the exact age. The lip glosses are called DSL!! And the bronze is how many F’s given with just the u as an asterisk. As someone who’s favorite company use to be TF and then seeing how they throw up products ( like many other companies) now that I’m older no thanks. Not to get political but we are in a women empowering and human race liberation and we’re trying to sell glosses for dSL?!? I literally cannot

I feel like Too Faced has just gone off the deep end lately. It seems like all of their new releases are full of sexual double entendres. I'm not even the tiniest bit prudish, but I don't feel the plastering of sexual themes all over my makeup products is necessary. This new release looks especially trashy to me, and that palette arrangement is sending my Type A into overdrive lol. 😖

For the MAC Spring Collection, the fix+ petal is just a print, but it has an amazing cherry blossom scent! There's also two blushes and they just have a heavy overspray which makes it look dark, it's actually a pastel pink blush and a bronzer-like shade, it's beautiful! And sadly the Lightful C foundation+concealer is just Asia only again...

In the 'old days'!... The face was referred to as a 'puss'. Yup, it was! When I was in grade school, which was long ago 😁 my best friends mom said to us - ' I am going to pick my puss'. Ya, we were appalled! But.. In that era, I feel and think, people were not as crude. When the face was called a puss , it wasn't said in a derogatory context. Maybe I am wrong?! This collection is a collaboration with provocative performer Erika Jayne. She’s also a member of the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. It’s there that she introduced one of her onstage dance moves to the television audience “pat the puss.” The dance move involves Erika using her hand to tap the region between her upper thighs below her belly button while she rolls her hips side to side. So.....the face is not what is being referred to by Too Faced when they and Erika Jayne named the product.

The problem is that Too Faced is coming out with a new collection about every other week so nothing stands out anymore and they have to resort to the tacky and cheap themes. Besides, their formulas are getting more hit and miss, in my opinion. Maybe they should focus on one thing at a time and make it quality. Just my opinion....

I don't know if you've tried them but Maybelline Super stay matte ink liquid lips are AMAZING. I hate how drying liquid lips are, how they suck the life outta your lips & shrink them up but I love the staying power. These stay forever! They have a unique formula where they stay put but don't fully dry to a powdery matte. Some people don't like them because they say they're sticky, but they don't stay like that. For the first 15-20 minutes they have a kinda stickiness to them but it goes away. There's a ton of shades too. (I sound like a damn infomercial😂😂😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️💁‍♀️)

Stephanie Makeup Addict I totally agree, I love the Maybelline Super stay Matte Ink lipsticks!! Everything you said about them is accurate, and somehow they manage to have the PERFECT reds, perfect pinks, perfect dark burgendy, perfect purples, etc... Like most lipstick lines I might want a couple of the colours, but these I've got six already and there's still a few more I plan to pick up. But you absolutely need an oil based makeup remover to get them off, I use the Shu Uemura ones.

Oh that Born this way! & Marc Jacobs w/ the magnetized brush!!! OOOooo :) Holy cow, can't believe I'm holding the Wayne brushes! When ordering something decadent, love getting it from Beautylish. Opening that box, darling packing, so fast w/ the shipping. Can't say on performance yet but they are cool. I really like the short handles, hate hitting my mirror w/ the handles. Fan brush is not what I expected. Interesting shape & I like it's density. Can't wait 2 play w/ them & see what you have to say. I love gleaning from you. You are awesome. For the first time in a long time, I'm really bummed about not being able to get Kylies Valentines day palette. I have never cared about a Kylie product and I'm used to not being able to buy makeup. So, to be feeling that way actually surprised me... The last time I got bummed about not being able to get a product, I think it was the Too Faced Natural Face palette with the blushes bronzers and highlighters. the VDL foundation is AMAZING!! they never disappoint their primers are top notch too. I have a dried up skin with greasy T zone and it lasted my whole shift.. I'm a doctor and my shifts are 24 at least so it says a lot! I prep a lot though, drench in setting spray from ben nye and set it well with the loose powder ;)

Maria Loredo you are welcome babe I’m happy to help ! I’m PORE CITY omg girl . I put 2 or 3 primers on at least . And yes I do sweat a lot because I work in different countries who are extremely hot and I’m running all the time . For the sweating I put before any primer what is called a face deodorant that is from Vichy (a French brand but I’m sure you can find it on eBay or something similar there is a site on hyperhidrosis which is the name of the phenomenon when people sweat anomaly or a great amount especially on the face and you will find topical solution to apply on your face but please don’t abuse them only for the summer and space up your usage ) to avoid the look of pores emphasizing on my nose and cheeks before applying foundation I “fill them In” . I take a small fluffy brush and buff some foundation into the skin in a round motion clockwise and counter clockwise so the pores are filled with foundation before going in . Apply email layers and build up is better than thick layers . I think Wayne goss did a tutorial on that check out his channel . To stop my foundation from sliding from my nose I apply tarte smoothing primer , l’or by Guerlain or Sisley double tenseur but the latest is expensive. And a thin layer of Mac painterly paint pot that is closest color to my skin or any good smoothing eyeshadow primer that has color . So even if my foundation slightly slides it doesn’t really show because the primer sticks to my skin . I also carry a powder foundation on me so when my skin starts to show i touch up with it. Sorry for this ramble long post but it takes a lot 😂 and it took me many years of bad makeup days to find those tricks so I want to help . Also search a channel on KZbin “seeking Alexandria “ she has a vdl foundation review . I hope I helped a little ❤️

Jackie Johnson absolutely babe ! Thank you for saying that for others who have this problem . Another “solution “ is a laser that was originally made to target hairs and used to get rid of them and it’s side effects are that it reduces sweat as well .. although I haven’t read any concrete studies on how it does on the face , it does wonders on under arms . I’m trained to inject Botox for neurological purposes mainly headaches and other jaw clinching and teeth grinding problems but I’m too scared to inject myself lol 😂 but I have seen colleagues do it for upper lip sweat and cranial sweat and it absolutely works wonders . The only “risk “ is developing compensation sweating (sweating more in other areas because one get away for you sweat have been blocked . It happens also to people who has the surgery to remove the glands under their arms) hyperhidrosis is such a difficult situation to treat . You can take oral medications (that were not designed for the problem initially but found accidentally working on over sweating but it can cause a whole lot of other issues in your body , mainly renal issues . )

Glow up is an offshoot or BH cosmetics. They had a line with Ashley Tisdale called the Illuminate line. She bought that portion of the line and started up Glow Up cosmetics with the Illuminate line formula blah blah blah. Hope that helps. Also, I adore your channel.

You are right those 3 MAC palettes do look like Morphe- I think I will pass on those. Those small Anastasia palettes are an absolute yes for me. I bought the colourpop collection- I hope I use them as I too don't often use loose pigments. That TF collection is an absolute pass- those shadows all crazy makes my OCD go off the charts. The Toofaced collection looks tacky af. I'm super excited about the Born this way powder foundation though so I will be eagerly awaiting your review lol. I'm excited about the new Lancome foundation, the Marc Jacobs powder and the new ABH palettes. Will probably order the ABH palettes today lol.

I’ve been following Trendmood and Chicprofile.com and there is very little “New” that seems very new. I’d like to see you review the ABH palettes because, right now, I’m disappointed in this launch. I was hoping for another palette in a similar format to Sultry, but with new colors. Am I the only person craving aqua eyeshadow for Spring/Summer? The only product I’m actually excited about is the Pat McGrath Mascara. Thanks for this video. 💚

I totally agree about the TooFaced launch. Before you mentioned that it looks cheap, I said to myself.. “Ugh! Dollar signs? Looks cheap!” 😂 Hard pass! Also, the names are a turn off.
