Well. Looks like I didn't get to it! Thanks for the reminder. We get a half cow every July. If you remember this coming June, remind me then and I will probably remember to out that together. To give you an idea- we pay around $1200 and end up with enough beef to feed our family of 6 for the year, eating beef about 3-4 times a week. :-) I do wish I would have remembered and sincerely hope that I do for next year!
