I have used most of the ones mentioned in the video, with no actual preference. Etop LED does seem to offer slower boat shipping option and also has a Aussie based distribution at the moment. Best to contact the vendors mentioned in the ACL wiki page and receive quotes for your products etc

Yes and no, some vendors have different standards if quality it seems, the ones mentioned in this video are the vendors that people in the Hobby tend to purchase from.
