I have a 1510 SAT with cbse scores from 9th grade (they are decent), I learnt that purdue requires 2 years of world language as a minimu academic requirement but I have taken my native language offered by the school since 9th grade, will that disqualify me? they have a general set of requirements for all applicants but they advise STEM students to take more AP courses (which I will in 12th grade), but other than that I think I have met the other requirements. I hope that the world language thing won't be an issue@@ShirishGee

Hi Vedant, Purdue in general is better for Analytics program. I am unsure about your profile so I can’t say which one is better for you. If you want to know this, you have to schedule a session with me as I guide students on university selection. But it’s only if you want to know what is better fit for you. Hey, Well about a few years back SAT was not a very major thing at Purdue but in recent years I have seen Purdue requiring high SAT score. The middle 50% for Purdue is 1190-1410, so technically you are in this zone. If you have great extracurricular profile and a high GPA, you can get into Purdue but make sure to Apply Early round. That's important.

They are not requiring SAT score for Fall 2023 but from 2024 onwards they need SAT scores. It’s a good idea to have SAT score for Purdue

you would get into purdue but they offer very small amount of scholarship. Only if youre indian, you could get scholarship. otherwise, no.
