As always, another great review from Nick. Real-talk, not a lot of people have that much hand with that tool kit. In no world would someone as skilled as you use this on a house shot 😂 Ball is a pure beast. As some would sat "that's a lot of ball" Might be the Effect is just cleaner through the front, retains more energy. So you can at least open the shot. And get it down there. This ball starts reading off your hand, doesn't quite roll out and covers more boards then one would expect from a high end solid on a high ratio buffed pattern.

As a down-and-in bowler, this one has me a little nervous. I love big doughy solid chalky bowling balls. I really enjoy rolling my Archetype. I took the advice of my PSO on this one, so I'm hoping that it will be fun. It's glossier than I was thinking for my big asym. It's getting paired with a Jackal Ghost, Archetype Hybrid, Dark Web Hybrid, Trouble Maker Pearl, and Hammer Effect. My stats: Left-handed, PAP 4 5/8 left 1 over, rev rate 175-200 rpm, tilt and axis rotation of 15 degrees, suitcase release (newly started due to past injuries from bad drillings by another PSO), 12-16 mph clocked at the pins, and typically play from 1st to 3rd dot up 1st to 3rd arrow.

Not really, no. Other than somewhat similar colors, the Pure Envy has more backend motion. You can always refer to the SPECTO data in each video for comparisons. The Pure Envy had more impact angles meaning it kept hooking after the breakpoint. The Ultimate Defender was more control and more forward rolling for me.
