You know, I usually don't like when they expand class identities like this, and I certainly don't like that Druid can essentially pay "life" for things like Warlock now with the new legendary... But I'm okay with it for Paladin. They have so little mana cheat, and they're constantly in this weird spot as a board based class that I think this is actually something Paladin NEEDED to make Countess a playable card. Every single pure Paladin list I've seen so far has just ended up a turn or two too slow, regardless of who was piloting it. This should definitely help.

I don't think this deck has anything over deathrattle rogue. Just played four games in a row and 3/4 of the games, my opponent had two 5/8 taunts by turn 4. The other game it took until turn 5, but they had two 9/10 taunts I think. Granted they all had a really good draw, but even a bad draw doesn't matter if other decks take until turn 6/7 to pop off. The power level of this meta is off the charts.

Just play Aggro Druid over this deck, unless you’re seeing lots of DKs. I think it just does he aggro role better, and crushes DR Rogue. This Aggressive Pure Paladin is great for content, but has really polarised matchups.

@@zigster1298 idk ive had over 50 games of DR rogue and my wr vs aggro druid is 5/7, its very easy to get a taunt wall up before they kill you

It statistically does though. It only has a very slightly poor match up against Deathrattle Rogue, a 48.9% win rate. I've actually been playing this pure paladin deck a lot lately and I've crushed deathrattle rogues before they had the chance to do anything. I'm sure if they high rolled they could crush me too but it's not a super lopsided match up by any means. This pure paladin deck is actually very very strong.

I was playing this deck and got the Countess down and got Kragwa or whatever his name is the shaman legendary that returns all the spells you casted last turn to the hand so I got 3 new 0 mana legendairies and my opponent surrendered XD

Most Death Knight decks are probably going to have slightly warped win rates on aggregate sites since more people are going to want to "try the new thing" so any deck that's tricky to pilot or whatever is going to show as worse than it actually is in a lot of the bands.

Man I want to craft sooooo many of these decks but I'm not a whale (I spent $80 on this expansion and not spending a penny more), so waiting for the balance changes then choosing one deck to craft outside of my hunter and Death Knight decks. I can't wait for the patch to hit so I know which deck I can craft!
