Pure, Blue Eyes White Dragon | Deck profile!!

Thank you so much, this is what i have been looking for :) A casual Blue-Eyes Deck, not to win any competetive tournaments, but just to enjoy the Archetype. I kinda have been getting back in the game with my Dad and Sister, and i've been struggling to find a good build without 10min combo turns. Those have a place for sure, and i think im gonna look more into some more complicated Decks should i try to compete in a local, but this is a good place to start for me :) I have a lot of Blue-Eyes cards because i wanted to build a BE Deck a few years ago, just need to stock up on the remaining few. Heey Bro I love this Deck! The only thing I would suggest is Mystical Elf White Lightning!! It is on theme and you can have one more monster negation! I don't know what to cut because I'm not good at deck building but I do love this pure deck! I've been looking for one to make, Thank you!

Couple things I'd suggest Dragon Spirit of White run 1 prob swap out one of your nebula dragons also add 2 witch of the black Forrest combing with sage ability can add any egg to your hand or abyss prob a better combo than going 1 for 1. Instead of having ash or imperm possibly run Destined Rivals it's searchable and ands a full board negate same goes with Burst stream of destruction. Your true light can search all these cards.

what? Those are all bad ideas. Dragon Spirit of White is good it's just the deck has better targets now and if anything it's a good side deck option. The rest are just bad cards that are going to make this deck brick even harder. Consistency cards > cheesy combo anime cards.

@@gojidargon2507 I know that those proposed are not the best! But you should always listen, and apply to your deck what you think it will benefit it! Personally I changed it a bit and I'm planning for an update to my deck profile

Their bad cards because it's not same meta staple everyone else uses copying an online deck list? Lol. I play cards that require strategy and set up not cards that say I'm gonna play during your turn just to mess with you that have no cohesive strategy whatsoever. Or are you one that calls all older cards trash that only plays newer and top meta cards. Witch of the black Forrest is a good card to run a specific strategy in mind. Ash is not a good card it's just I'm gonna screw with you card and quite frankly should be banned by now like Maxx C, should have hit a banlist long before mystic mine in my opinion. Given there are ways to play around it and use it to ones advantage altogether. There are plenty of older cards that can be very useful in modern Yu-Gi-Oh.

And thanks for your supprtive reply I know they aren't the most optimal, my point is their are arc-type options you don't always have to depend on staple handtraps. I guess he doesn't understand the concept of a pure deck. And also I play these strategies they don't always work but I get pretty good win percentage even in master Duel. He shouldn't judge and look down on cards just because they are older. Old-school cards can definitely be worked within a modern strategy. I just get annoyed when ppl don't have respect for the classics and also witch of the black Forrest isn't an anime card where he got that from idk. Burst stream of destruction and Destined Rivals are useful(I usually run 1 each lower chance on 1st turn so their not bricks) given you know how to properly build the deck also depends on how the blue eyes deck is built there are multiple blue eyes strategies.

@@roterbaron97 Short Answer: High ATK monster The long answer: Beater refers to monsters that can beat over things so you can beat your way to victory using a "beatdown deck", which back in it's original form of Yu-Gi-Oh, is the oldest strategy in the game. Skull Red Bird and Blue-Eyes are the original beaters in LOB format, followed by La Jinn, Summoned Skull, and Blue-Eyes in SDK/SDY format, and Blue-Eyes was the strongest normal summonable monster in the show for a long time, and Blue-Eyes is still the strongest Normal monster. Beater is used nowadays to refer to any monster that has the advantage of removing monsters with it's high ATK or battle-related effects. It's like "the card isn't broken, but it's still a beater at the end of the day."

@@roterbaron97 In modern decks, it's technically 1550+ ATK monsters but probably 1800+ and even more likely 2500+ ATK. In Blue-Eyes decks, it's probably the strongest, aka Blue-Eyes stat monsters (aka 3000+), but most likely Jet for having the immortal presence as well as effects to bypass many if not all non-targetedable/unaffected monsters in the game, if uninterrupted. Jet is insane, Numeron Dragon too.

I play it on causal dueling nexus. I'd definitly try it at locals. But maybe small parts splashed into branded despia. Great stuff here. Even though I'm one year late to the party. Looking forward to the update video. 🎉
