I live in the USA and hadn't heard this young lady before, I was visiting Spain for my first time and while in Barcelona I came across Jazz Messengers a local record store. Being a vinyl aficionado my whole life I popped in and found this, I have just about every Scott Hamilton LP and CD he ever recorded he is in my top 5 favorite tenor saxophone players so I bought this album because of him. Love this record definitely a must have for any enthusiast Elia's violin playing is beautiful she just got a new fan and you gotta love Scott's sound with those subtle actional "yeahhh's" after the last note! Very well done to the rest of the awesome musicians who played on this gem!

If any of the masters, Bach, Beethoven, Mozart were to view and hear this video, would they be impressed and pleased? I strongly believe so. They would probably be hard pressed to understand Scott Hamilton’s perfect command of his instrument. The intro was absolutely superb! I have to play it again!

What a gorgeous matchup of string quartet and tenor sax! Through professor Chamorro's SAJB videos, Scott Hamilton has become my #1 favorite jazz tenor artist and Élia, about whom I wasn't sure of when I first heard her, has won me over with her virtuoso musicianship, adventurous tastes, and obvious dedication to her music- a rising jazz star for sure!
