Why did you not mention the cost??? Also you should have mentioned if they will serve us too, all the biryanis the way they served you or were they specially served to only you as you had gone to review the food?
@explorewithalka5 күн бұрын
They will serve the biryanis to anyone who visits during the Biryani Festival the way they served to me and that too unlimited servings. The cost per person is Rs. 599+tax

All biryanis look yummy 😋 superb review and restaurant. You look great, Alka. Thalassery is a city in Kerala. The owner/manager needs to be better informed. The masala of mirchi ka salan is a paste of coconut, peanuts, red chilli, garlic, and til.

Thank you so much for the lovely comment and your kind words! 😊 I’m glad you enjoyed the review and the restaurant recommendations. Thalassery - it’s such a beautiful city with a rich food culture! And I really appreciate the insight about the masala for Mirchi ka Salan. That blend of coconut, peanuts, red chili, garlic, and sesame sounds absolutely delicious! I'll keep that in mind for future reviews. Thanks again for sharing! 😊🍽️

All the veg biryani looks quite yummy & tempting, but I would prefer Kerala based jackfruit & Hyderabad based dum briyani. Anyways very nice vlog indeed, keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍

Thank you so much for the lovely comment! 😊 I'm glad you enjoyed the vlog! You’re absolutely right-Kerala’s jackfruit biryani and Hyderabad’s iconic dum biryani are both super delicious and have such unique flavors! But I liked the Thalassery Biryani even more🍛🌿 It's always fun to explore different regional variations. Thanks again for your kind words and support! I'll definitely keep bringing more tasty content your way! 👍🎉

Better would be to have different varieties of rice dishes liked in India, pulao , bisi bele , lemon rice , fied rice etc. Coz briyani has to be mutton or chicken. Though some also use fish and shrimp etc too . Maybe they should have champ biryani with mutton & masala.

Ambur Biryani is from TamilNadu and not Kerala Donne Biryani mainly is from Bengaluru which gets its name from Donne which is a container made from leaf and is green based with methi, palak, coriander, pudina and green chilli's adding punch to the biryani
@explorewithalka5 күн бұрын
Thank you for the insightful comment! 😊 You're absolutely right - Ambur Biryani is indeed from Tamil Nadu, not Kerala. I appreciate the correction! And I love your explanation of Donne Biryani. The use of fresh greens like methi, palak, coriander, pudina, and green chilies really does give it that unique, flavorful punch. It’s always great to learn more about the regional variations of biryani. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge, and I hope you continue to enjoy the content! 🙌🍽️

You video is interesting. I like..but what about wasted food. You just test.
@explorewithalka5 күн бұрын
Thank you for your thoughtful comment! 😊 I completely understand your concern about food wastage, and it’s something I take seriously. While I do sample different dishes to share the experience with viewers, I always try to ensure that the food is enjoyed and not wasted. In many cases, leftovers are shared with staff or packed up for later. I appreciate you bringing this up - it’s important to be mindful of food consumption. Thanks again for watching and sharing your thoughts! 🙏🍽️
