Dahi Ki kadi
dahi ki kadi is a traditional curry made in all parts of India with respective ingredients and Spices, however it taste awesome in every State of India, many add fried pakoda to kadi and many states only make kadi accordingly, but Hyderabadi Dahi ki Kadi is always made with fried Bhaiye or pakoda , in Hyderabad pakoda is called as bhaiya, also in Hyderabad we add curd ,besan and spices and cook very well then add baghar to it with fried Bhaiye, which makes it the best dahi ki kadi in all recipes ,do try it and share your feedback how it turns out today
Ingredients
👉For Kadi
Curd 500 ml
Green chillie paste 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmaric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Zeera powder 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Besan 2 tbs
Green chillies 2
Onion 1 small
oil 1 cup
Zeera 1 tsp
Dry Red chilli 2
Garlic 4 to 5
Curry 1/2 bunch
👉For Bhaiya
Besan 150 gm
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmaric powder 1/4 tsp
Soda 1 pinch
