Purgatory MUST BE in the Early Church

In the early 5th century, Augustine spoke of the pain that purgatorial fire causes as more severe than anything a man can suffer in this life. This was certainly known by him.

It doesn't matter where Bishops teach. It only matters (REAL) Bishops can't err unless they resist the Holy Ghost's ProTection in which case they're no longer even Christians let alone Bishops.

We don't need heretical and apostate forgeries. We have the Sacred Canons from the PreEcumenical Synod, all the ProVincial Synods, and all 8 Ecumenical Synods.

The way I've always seen it is that sin is like an addiction. In being cleansed of all sin those souls are detoxing from a milieu of addicting sins. If you've ever been on a drug ward you'd know how painful detox is both mentally and physically. Change itself is extremely hard. Although in regards to purgatory's process there's a lot the Church allows for debate.

Who cares what St Augustine said, WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY? DID JESUS TEACH THIS? NO! Jesus warned the Pharisees 'you will die in your sin'. John 8:24 Once you have died its too late.

No one deserves to go to heaven directly. No one deserves to be saved by Jesus. We all need purification, somewhat, but what is purgatory. When we talk of purgatory is this way, we are saying we have to earn our way to heaven. s that not what the pharisees were saying. There is no where in the gospels that say of any such thing. We are at God’s mercy. And His grace cannot possibly be earned. St Augustine is of the roman culture and comes forth with the roman ideas and ways of reasoning. Constantine changed the church from a people’s church to a state church. His arguments are philosophical, and that was the trap of Satan put forth from the very beginning of the church. Even St Paul at times tried to use philosophical arguments. We are to follow Jesus, and his teachings do not include anything philosophical, as the apostles were common day persons. Fishermen, tax collectors and the such. When e look at history, the church truly started to change when Constantine brought it in the state. Oh I wish to see the church of old.

You litterraly learned that from another man, plus the bible is extremely vague in a lot of topics, doctrines like, perseverence of the saints, rapture, sacrament nulification, calvinism (no free will), no soul, all are doctrines that protestants accept and reject, how can you know the trinity without the church s creed? Even jeovah s witnesses have their own version of arianism, these men you say are Master theologians, which their opnions have been tested and debated, why do you think the Keys were given? Why do you think Paul calls the church the foundation of truth in his letter to timothy? The same letter he tells to ordain deacons ans presbiters? Sola scriptura put women as preachers, allowed protestants sects to marry 2 men, and it gave birth to atheism, how can you who dont understand the time period of the bible, the meaning of the things understand then without a church? You will figure it out yourself? Thats what these men did, and they debated about it, after agreewing why are you more of a churxh than the apostles sucession? The same ones who compiled the bible for you under Pope damaso I the 37th Pope? Do you know how many forgeries of the gospels were there? Without these "men" you bible would not exist and thousands of gnostic groups would exist today, the early church existed to not allow that thats why Jesus founded one

Men can do nothing without God, and all those "debates" and subsequent conclusions/doctrines etc. mean nothing because they're not biblical. I don't care what other men say if what they say is not in the Bible, which is clear in everything. The trinity is a lie, an evil doctrine *which isn't taught in the Bible* and its purpose is to split God and devaluate the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross. Read the Bible alone by yourself, asking God for help and discernment. If you believe the Gospel and are reborn in Christ then his anointing will give you all that you need to learn. (1John 2:27)

Where is the church of Acts 15, why do we need apostles or even a bible of what you day is true?
