I think it’s the Artifact respawn sound. I’m not sure if it’s a full sound/music pack or just for respawning

Can anyone explain why he was sitting on a skill point for so long? I understand maybe not wanting to pick up the ult due to mana cost, but why not pop it in something else? Seems wasteful.

You want to have a point available for your ult but you don't want to use it in a situation where you would die twice. So you just keep a point to level it when the situation is good for your ult to activate. That's a small optimization and a good habit to take (like leveling up your Bear with Lone Druid)

no, it doesn't make the lifesteal better. read the hero page

@@gleipnirrr You're right on that, it doesn't say that on the official hero page. In the client however is says that it levels with Reincarnation and gives bonus lifesteal for 16/24/32/40%. So in conclusion, it definitely makes the lifesteal better. You can also read about that change in the patchnotes for 7.37e Also it even gives bonus attack speed and movement speed
