Yes, @@richiesmeckgeckscas46 , BluBelleVA was a controversial person and I highly recommend not to use chromatic scales of the characters she voiced in FNF mods And yes, I misspelled Nasvi's name once more, sorry!!!!

why does shuttle man sound like that

His voice was just a synth, and I felt like trying to make vowels out of that synth using the free 32-bit Vocalizer plugin. It's a habit of mine for certain one-syllable character voices.
