Thanks.It is difficult to create in 4K because the computer I own is not powerful enough. Even in full HD, it is a level that can not be edited properly unless it is created with 9 divisions.sorry.

While Toei does have a American anime studio even THEY refuse to SELF English DUB it themselves OR Allow VIZ media/Funimation to do that themselves.
