Wilhelm II was the Kaiser (King), Bismark was Chancellor, until 1890. Kaiser Wilhelm visited Jerusalem in 1898. I think you are referring to the Kaiser rather than the Chancellor. There is one final postscript. On October 16, 1946. All but one of the 10 went quietly to their death respective deaths. The exception was Julius Streicher, the editor of Der Sturmer, who screamed out Purim Fest 1946. Thank you for your great talks Purim Sameach.
