@@ah-ss7he nope, most schools provide an apartment. If they don't, they usually give you a loan to cover the key deposit? Or at least that is my understanding.

Just buy hair dryer, curling irons that are dual voltage 110/220 then you don’t need a voltage converter. Just need the plug adapter. Most hair appliances nowadays have both.
