It’s a create-your-own music box. You put melodies into a strip by punching holes into it, and then insert the strip into the music box.The holes tell the music box what notes to press at what time.

Are you referring to the music box sheets or the regular sheet music? All of the melodies here have piano sheet music on MuseScore.
