Your mom is extremely insightful, Pluto. With humour and admirable grace, you help her share her spectacular ability to identify and reframe situations/concerns the two leggeds experience, (often apparently, when they themselves aren’t able to identify them). We are as fortunate as you are, to experience her wisdom, because she is willing to (and has the ability) to zero in on the impactful things going on around her. It is quite apparent that you and your mom really love and care about both two and four leggeds in this world and are making no small effort to be generous and consistent in doing so...most certainly at significant sacrifice of personal time and energy! Pluto and Mom~ I've been watching your Purple Meanies video for 2 days now as it is actually very deep. I understand Purple Meanies in the Thinking Box, especially during these difficult times. But you know, the Four Leggeds have a huge advantage over the Two Leggeds when it comes to life. Four Leggeds think of life as right now in the moment, where as Two Leggeds stress about the future. It can keep you staring at the ceiling all night, while certain little Schnauzers are curled up in their blankie snoring. Live for TODAY and give thanks for all the blessings you have TODAY. Live in the moment and do happy dances when you get snacks! Easier said than done because we are mere Two Leggeds - but worth trying. That Orange Oppressor and a lot of Camo Meanies sure got me down this week. It looks like some of those camo meanies are going away now; they left 'whoosh' right out of my entire cities worth of brains. I think in three months I might be able to permanently remove that Orange meaning from my brain forever🤞and then I will be far more relaxed. I do crafts, clean, listen to music, have a cup of tea or Starbucks, and watch kitten and Pluto videos to keep calm. Pluto you and your Mom and everyone stay safe. 👍 ❤️

Bless you Pluto and Mom! I was just thinking of this today. I feel like we are all operating with a low to medium level of anxiety in all the lands. There is comfort in knowing we are not alone in this. Your suggestions for shooing those meanies away are good ones. What’s been getting me through these hard times (besides you my sweet four legged) are music, any form of exercise, cutting back on the magic juice 😊, reading and getting hooked on long Netflix series. Sometimes it’s hard reaching out to friends and family as they tend to worry and are struggling themselves. I’m trying hard to focus on what I can control and not stress about what I can’t (like people not wearing masks). ❤️🇨🇦❤️

I found a new way to keep them at bay last year, at a time when I feared all was lost. A group of young singers whose positive, life affirming philosophy was outlined in the lyrics of their music. When my brain box is not a friendly place to be I spend time in Nature being present to the sights and sounds and smells. Having a 5 month old Golden Retriever puppy also helps😊. He is always present to the treats pocket
