Purearoharewi Rakaupai I think she can only sell pearl cages and the pearls internationally. Not the oysters themselves as it takes special paperwork and is just a really big hassle to send even DEAD organic matter overseas.

Thanks Vermont! Yes, that's right. I do have my license to export wildlife but there are fees, paperwork and a whole lot of other hoops to jump through to do it and I just don't have the time! I can send pearls and jewelry though.

No, they’re not. They’re artificially inserted. Typically dyed pearl or dyed ceramic pearls. They’re not real at all, and not naturally occurring.

But you guys know these aren’t real, right? Like I hope you’re not advertising them as real. These are for sure artificially inserted, likely dyed pearls. Often they aren’t even real pearls but are ceramic. I hope people know that when buying.
