Yes! I remind myself that keeping a streak is great and can be a motivator for some. On of my goals for the year was to hit a 40 week streak on my workout machine Tonal. I just had to do one thing on tonal every week. It could be stretching, mobility, meditation, or a full on workout. It was very do able and I'm happy to say I completed it. But I also reminded myself, life happens. If I got sick or hurt that it didn't mean I was a failure or anything. Framing is so important with goals.

Love , love , love this Megan.. As someone who does dutch doors all the time, I can say you did AMAZING !!! Also, as long as you had fun with the Halloween one which did not record, it's all fine.. I can totally understand that feeling when we break our streak & also I used to beat myself up about such things. Lately, I have repeated to myself that I need to give myself grace & so just restart when I can without overthinking it.

Yes the weight gain. hormonal changes from getting older is rough. I have thyriod issues too so it's even more annoying!!! I just try to remind myself that the weight part is secondary. Healthy Habits are better goal. I can't control my thyroid, but I can do things to keep it as healthy as possible. I work on the lead measures and not the lag.
