I pulled a tkachuck from a base pack reward from objectives last year so it's not impossible. The glow is Golden instead of purple.

I bought the 40 card pack and got 3 89s, 4 87s, 5 85s and a bunch of 80-84s. I was trying for the 89 Marky but left feeling like it was worth it.

They must have saw my comment and buffed them because i pulled 1 85, a couple 80's and all low 70's in the one I opened, the next day i then open a squad battle reward pack (three players with one 75+or better) and it gives me an Xfactor and 87 Yzerman like it was trying to make up for robbing me.

That must be why the rest of us get the absolute minimum lol The probabilities on these packs are totally warped. The content team definitely tweaked them, and now it's all or nothing
