When your sound stops working you can press F3+S to reload your sounds (takes a few seconds) Like so he can see!

AIKraG f3+s is not bannable if you use it to get your sounds back. The only reason you sometimes lag back is because it forcefully reload your textures causing some lag. But doing it to not fall into the void is bannable

u can block hit while butterfly clocking, just use ur ring finger to press the right click, thats what i do and i can get constant 14 cps while butterfly clicking.

Purpled if you want to hear sounds and the sound glitch happens again, there's an option in blc when you press escape that says "Reload Resources" if you click that it should turn on the sounds again.

My Minecraft sounds cut-out like that all the time. Just use F3 and t while in game. It will reset your Minecraft sound pack. It takes a while, but is significantly quicker than restarting Minecraft.

easy is F3 + T = Reload Resources (actually no need to press F3 + T as in badlion there is a reload resources button in pause menu or in options) and F3 + S will kinda lag as he uses shader it is reload shaders,
