Wow! I'm actually fascinated by your interpretation for the World Map theme! I was actually wondering how you were gonna play it since I had to go back and listen to the original ver again and the melody and harmony and many string sustains. You did not disappoint! hahaha thanks Fabian!!!! tbh World map gave me a lot of trouble for the very reasons you're mentioning, there's just SO MUCH going on with so many voices, I had a hard time picking and choosing what to include, so i decided on a more lateral approach, extend the theme and give each voice its due in each repetition hahahaha. i'm glad you liked it!!!

I sure got a lot of gameovers on the golgorand execution site and especially wiegraf. Actually i had to start a new game on the weigraf lucavi fight.

Wiegraf is an annoying bastard and I died on my first playthrough to him many, many times until I discovered that one ability that gives you Speed +1 could stack. Even then I barely escaped omg. Bethla Sluice Gate also made me rage quit many times, but i think i'm the only one who had issues there hahaha.

Hahaha. I'm glad. Made me happy, anyway. You know what's another great soundtrack from back in the day: _Icewind Dale._ I'm not sure how easy that would be to arrange for solo piano, however. Regardless, Jeremy Soule is an awesome composer. Also, you playing Sakimoto reminds me of another great Japanese composer with a similarly spelled name: Ryuichi Sakamoto, though I don't think he ever did video game music. I can't remember you doing non-video game music, but he did some film music you might be interested in and released albums, too. He did about half the score for _The Last Emperor_ and he also scored and co-starred in _Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence_ which also co-starred David Bowie, incidentally. Worth checking out.

I haven't played Final Fantasy Tactics in a long time, and played Tactics Ogre more recently than it, but from what I remember of FFT I think Tactics Ogre is the better game, slightly. Definitely worth playing if you like FFT.

Personally, I highly preferred FFT over Tactics Ogre, both in the gameplay and music department. FFT is endlessly replayable, but I have no desire to replay Tactics Ogre again.

Tactics Ogre: Let us Cling together is totally worth checking out. They made a remastered version for the Psp (which works on emulators), it's not up to par with FFT, but it's pretty cool imho.
