17:56 actually when I was in driver training just over 6 months ago I was taught to keep a candle in the car so if your heat in your car stops working to prevent your windshield from fogging up you are supposed to put a candle on your dash, or if your car breaks down in the winter put a candle on your dash to keep you warm.
