Nivedita Mukhija graduated from the National Law School of India University in 2016, after which she worked as an Associate at the Chambers of Senior Advocate Sidharth Luthra for over a year. The LLM program at Columbia Law School (a part of Columbia University, New York) is a one-year post-graduate program for law students. The lectures in this programme follow a Socratic method of teaching and aim to sharpen critical thinking and advocacy skills.Each year, a diverse class of graduate students enrol, whose experience spans all areas of the legal profession-including private practice, the judiciary, public service, human rights advocacy, and NGOs.
