Pursuing Lu Bu - Wo Long Fallen Dynasty - No damage

Pursuing Lu Bu with some aggressive playstyle instead of just deflecting. At the end, I was planning how to finish him off, but unexpected AI behavior happened.
Beside some buggy compilations, this boss is undoubtedly one of the best in Wo Long Fallen Dynasty with fair difficulty.

some really cool stuff as usual, especially love jumping to avoid lubu's leaping red attack, low profiling his swings with deflect counterattack, and using double jump to kick him off the horse. Beautiful stuff!

yea, some accidental experiment just happened while i've been playing vs him and discovering some neat tricks so I had to readjust the boss fight over and over until that I was satisfied

For those of you who are struggling with this fight might I suggest the Earth spell "Imposing Slab". You can cast it as he starts to move towards you from a distance and he'll just run face first into it. Works with pretty much any human enemies.

That is very impressive, especially considering how aggressive you manage to stay in this fight! One change I would really love for this game is cancel animation when parry, I find it really difficult to use slower weapon and/or martial arts in boss fights because of that since bosses can't be interrupted, but in the other hand the game would maybe become too easy? I don't really know... And this video shows that it is still possible but well, you are who you are, I can't imagine the hours of practice I would need to reach your level :D

I do wish to have a better response with parry and act accordingly, but thats probably how your commitment is set into place. slower weapon usually deal more dmg/spirit dmg which its a fair balancing, and using deflect counterattack is the best way to cancel early their attacks (which means engaging more with the game's mechanics).

Anyway, thanks for your channel, it was the one I came back to regularly through my 1000h of playing Nioh2, it's the one I come to playing Wo Long (and no I won't play Stranger of Paradise ever :D), you never disappoint!
