L-50's incident report: "ON APRIL 18TH OF 2024, I, TROOPER JACOB GRAHAM WAS SITTING STATIONARY IN THE MEDIAN ON US HIGHWAY 412. I OBSERVED A RED HATCHBACK VEHICLE TRAVELING EAST ON HIGHWAY 412 IN THE NUMBER ONE LANE AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. I CLOCKED THE VEHICLE AT 100 MPH IN A POSTED 65 MPH ZONE WITH MY REAR RADAR. I PROCEEDED TO CATCH UP TO THE SUSPECT VEHICLE AFTER IT PASSED AND ACTIVATED MY EMERGENCY LIGHTS. UPON CATCHING UP TO THE VEHICLE THE SUSPECT BEGAN TO SLOW BUT THE DRIVING BEHAVIOR BECAME MORE ERRATIC. AT THIS TIME I WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN THE LICENSE PLATE NUMBER ATI68M WHICH WAS DISPLAYED ON RED PONTIAC VIBE. I PROCEEDED TO ACTIVATE MY SIREN AND SHORTLY AFTER THE SUSPECT VEHICLE VEERED OFF THE HIGHWAY IN A SOUTHEAST DIRECTION AND IMPACTED A FENCE LINE. THE SUSPECT VEHICLE CONTINUED IN A SOUTHEAST DIRECTION AND CAME TO A FINAL REST IN A FIELD SOUTH OF THE HIGHWAY. AFTER PARALLELING THE FENCE LINE I LOCATED A GATE TO GAIN ENTRY INTO THE FIELD. AS I APPROACHED THE SUSPECT VEHICLE I COULD SEE THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR WAS OPEN. IN THE DISTANCE I COULD SEE A FEMALE RUNNING IN A SOUTHWEST DIRECTION. AT THIS DISTANCE IT APPEARED THE SUSPECT WAS WEARING A DRESS. I CLEARED THE VEHICLE OF ANY OCCUPANTS AND CONTINUED TO MANUEVER MY VEHICLE THROUGH THE PASTURE TOWARDS THE SUSPECT WHO AT THIS TIME WAS WALKING. I EXITED MY VEHICLE AND BEGAN TO GIVE COMMANDS. I APPROACHED A FENCE LINE ON FOOT WHICH SEPARATED ME AND THE SUSPECT. AS I GOT CLOSER I OBSERVED THE SUSPECT WAS NOT IN A DRESS BUT WAS NUDE AND HAD A BLANKET AROUND HER SHOULDERS. I CONTINUED TO RECEIVE NO COMPLIANCE BUT DID RECEIVE A STATEMENT FROM THE SUSPECT THAT SHE WAS DRIVING THE VEHICLE AND HAD AN ACCIDENT. I ADVISED HER THAT SHE WOULD BE TASED IF SHE CONTINUED TO NOT COMPLY WITH LAWFUL COMMANDS AND THE SUSPECT BEGAN TO RUN AGAIN IN A SOUTHWEST DIRECTION. I RELAYED THE SUSPECT'S DIRECTION OF TRAVEL TO TROOP L COMMUNICATIONS WHO HAD DISPATCHED ADDITIONAL UNITS TO MY LOCATION. I ADVISED TROOP L COMMUNICATIONS THAT THE SUSPECT WAS HEADED TO FARMER SCHOOL ROAD AND A PEREMITTER WAS ESTABLISHED. THE SUSPECT WAS LOCATED IN FIELD SOUTH OF THE HIGHWAY. THE SUSPECT WAS PLACED IN HANDCUFFS AND RESISTED DURING APPLICATION CAUSING HER TO BE ASSISTED TO THE CONTROLLING SURFACE OF THE GROUND. WHILE ON THE GROUND THE SUSPECT CONTINUED TO RESIST. FINALLY, BOTH ARMS OF THE SUSPECT WERE CONTROLLED AND THE HANDCUFFS WERE APPLIED AND DOUBLE LOCKED. THE SUSPECT WAS MAKING UNSUAL AND INCOHERENT STATEMENTS AND DISPLAYED INDICATORS OF NARCOTIC USUAGE. THE SUSPECT WOULD NOT PROVIDE HER NAME TO LAW ENFORCEMENT WHEN ASKED BUT LATER GAVE THE NAME OF GLENNA FLEETWOOD DOB 02/04/1981 TO EMS PERSONNEL (A MATCHING DRIVER'S LICENSE WAS LOCATED DURING AN INVENTORY SEARCH OF THE VEHICLE.) WHILE GLENNA FLEETWOOD WAS IN THE REAR OF MY PATROL UNIT SHE SLIPPED OUT OF HER HANDCUFFS AND WAS HOLDING THEM IN HER LEFT HAND. GLENNA FLEETWOOD WAS REMOVED FROM THE BACKSEAT OF MY CAR AND THE HANDCUFFS WERE REAPPLIED. GLENNA FLEETWOOD WAS CLEARED BY MEDICAL PERSONNEL ON THE SCENE AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE MADISON COUNTY JAIL. WHILE GLENNA FLEETWOOD WAS IN THE BACKSEAT OF MY PATROL UNIT SHE DEFECATED COVERING THE SEATS. If they've ever been shocked by the electric fence, they'll look for an open gate before they'll chance tromping over a downed fence. Hogs born and raised in a confinement building will stop before they step on grass because they've never seen it before. Even Mules often won't stray where there's no fence at all. Critters are pretty smart.
