Yeah I think a lot of them do it on purpose too. But I noticed when he starts to move into the middle lane or area of the road first they usually move over quickly, but if he drove up right behind them they seemed to hesitate. I think it’s because a lot of them think I’m not doing anything wrong why is he pulling me over.

It always blows my mind when people think you're supposed to just violently pull over into a steep ditch with wet grass because a cop is riding your a** with zero room for you to slow down and about 4 seconds from the time the cop flies up behind you at 110mph😂😂😂

This illustrates what I've said for years. You don't necessarily have to push the car from the side for a successful PIT. All you have to do is just push straight from the back, keeping the accelerator floored. If the perp deviates away from anything other than straight.... even the slightest bit will cause a PIT.

This guy had towing arrangement, which can be used to "catch" the car with a pushbar without going to it's side. Also this "bricks" shock are blown, a little tap off center was enough for this suv to completely loose control. A perfectly executed pit spins the car ideally to 180 degrees, which is not the case here, but whatever, they stopped him without involving anybody else in the wreck.

@@guirolain2319 You are correct. Just like when a perp tries to brake check the cop, he has to be careful. However, once he has contact, there is no impact if the perp slams on the brakes, but instead like slowing down a much heavier vehicle. And if the perp deviates just a little while braking, the cop cars inertia will push the perp car off its center of gravity/rotational mass and cause it to skid/crash.

I glance at my rearview mirror every few seconds. Who are these morons who either don't see, or do and just don't g.a.d. and not pull over? They should be recorded by the leo's dash cam and ticketed. They impede the expediency of the apprehension of the suspect. The great majority of vehicles either pulled off the road or kept going but got over best they could except a van and a couple Dodge pickups that stood out. Considering very little shoulder available I think folks did pretty good.

Question I've had about these a few times. The trooper punted the guy off the road and into that white fence and it looks like he took out about 20-30 feet of fence or more. Who pays for that? Do they go after the perp for restitution, is the ASP on the hook for it, or is the homeowner just SOL and has to hope his insurance covers it?
