*Trooper Teddy (Theodore) Henderson* , Troop C, graduated from the ASP Academy in April of this year. He is from Paragould. Based on what he said in the video, he previously worked for the City of Jonesboro. I confirmed that on the city's web site. (He must hate the name Theodore.) *Trooper Blaine Middlecoff* was 29 when he graduated from the ASP Academy in June 2020. He was assigned to Highway Patrol Division, Troop C, Mississippi County. Middlecoff is a graduate of Hoxie High School and Arkansas State University. He also served in the Army.

When the Blytheville Air Force Base, a Strategic Air Command B-52 base closed in 1992, it really put a damper on the town.

I thought that was very odd the undercover cop in the black shirt with the back pack walks away from the Troopers with the back pack, and could have gone right in front of the Troopers hood and opened the back pack there, instead he walks all the way around to the back of the suspects car looking in the back. My guess he has a drug problem, and has been stealing drugs when given a chance. No way in the world should he have walked away from everyone to search the back pack. The arresting Trooper saw that and questioned is that the black bag, and immediately walked towards the undercover. Very suspicious. Oh my gosh Watch it a second time from another troopers camera, he is searching through the back pack walking away from the troopers, so suspicious, the undercover was trying to score some drugs.
