I love Push Plastic! I get most of my utility filament from them

We use TPU for most of our products. Every time I see a KZbin video sponsored by a filament manufacturer, or a video recommending a filament manufacturer, I go to their site and they either don't offer TPU, or as in this case, they offer TPU but it's sold out and unavailable. I wonder why that is.

I'm producing small shells with 0.2mm nozzle and the most common issue with filament manufacturers is micro debris embedded in plastic, I've analyzed every clog with the nozzle on a hot plate. It'd be cool if an extra process involving high pressure extrusion through a tiny nozzle before accumalting and extruding the appropriate diameter to ensure debris free pellets.

I thought you were making your own as you said filament should be $5, seems a bit opposite

They aren't mutually exclusive. If anything, them promoting producers that are already large helps establish goodwill which can mitigate potential negatives and/or get those producers to follow their lead.

We do produce much of our own filament and are releasing our own brand. But there is much more needed. So we are helping to rise the tide. Much like how tesla makes their own batteries but still takes everything they can get from suppliers.
