Facts. Ever since I heard him and his bro Malice with Clipse he and his brother had cemented themselves as "trap rappers" but lyrical monsters and well ahead of the "trap era" from '2004-'05 and on. Don't get me wrong there's been rappers talking about dealing like Big L for example in the mid '90's. Pusha brought it back in the late '90's early 2000's imo. Anyway I agree 💯 with your comment.
@Israel-nb7ip3 жыл бұрын
I've been saying this for at least 4 years now...Push is very similar to Jadakiss in that his brilliance lyrically and overall classic body of work has been overlooked because he doesn't carry that mainstream weight. Jada had Puff and Pusha had Pharrell...but Pharrell wasn't what Puff was at the time Puff had Jada. Push just needs that seminol moment Jada had at the Verzuz battle which I thought his battle with Drake was...but that was 3 yrs ago now and hip hop heads' attention spans are short. But, yeah, Pusha T is a great.
